Are you on the brink of a pivot in your career or business?

Making a career shift is never simple. It requires introspection, risk-taking, and a leap of faith.

That said, ask yourself three questions before taking the leap:

1. What are my strengths, and how do they align with my future goals?

2. Is there an intersection between what I love doing and what the world needs?

3. How does this pivot align with my core values?

Being honest with yourself during the process will help you make better decisions.

From personal experience and countless conversations with entrepreneurs across different industries, I’ve realized that very few people end up doing the work they initially set out to do.

Life often takes us down unexpected paths. Whether it's a surprise offer or a newfound passion igniting a pivot, these unpredictable shifts are what shape our professional journey.

Regardless of how you get there, every detour is an opportunity for growth. Embrace it!

Work isn't about finding that one magical business opportunity or path designed specifically for you. It also should be more than a never-ending chase for money or status.

Focus on bringing your genuine, energized, and motivated self into your work. It's about unleashing your unique skills and strengths, building on things you are naturally good at, and engaging in endeavors where you feel valuable.

That's where true fulfillment lies.
